Shipping policy

 All orders are created after order submission. Due to the time needed to complete the custom designs, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for order processing. If items are needed sooner, please email us at celinascreations@gmail.com to confirm that we are able to complete your order based on your timeframe.

Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. Please ensure it is accurate. 

PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.
